Set in a restored cave dwelling, this laid-back, quirky hotel is an 11-minute walk from the medieval cave monastery at the Zelve Open Air Museum and 4.2 km from Uchisar Castle. Set in historic caves and featuring natural stone walls and ceilings, the snug rooms offer cable TV, minibars and tea and coffeemakers. Most come with whirlpool tubs. Suites add terraces with countryside views. Free perks include breakfast and use of a nearby spa that features a pool, a sauna, a hammam and wellness treatments. There's a relaxed buffet restaurant and a terrace bar; both featuring views of the town of Göreme. Balloon flights are on offer (fees apply).
